Unity Connection 7.1(5) Call Handler Caller Input

Scott Hanson

Hello All,

I have a situation where I need the caller input to be mapped one way during  business hours and another way when teh business is closed.  So far the only way I see to do this is to have a separate call handler but I would like to avoid that.

As an example durng business hours  I want the AA to ckick in and say "For sales press 1" but when  the closed greeting plays I want "For Technical Support press 1"

Is this possible?  All replies rated

No, you need to do what you want to avoid.

There's no caller input based on a schedule on the same call handler.

Thanks.  Seems like there should be this ability though.

Submit a PER via your AM so it might be considered for a future release.

You could set the closed greeting to just transfer to another call handler with the closed caller input and correct closed greeting you want.
