Hi,
I'm trying to configure a voice-enabled directory call handler in Spanish, but it seems is not possible to change language for voice-enabled directory call handlers, the option dissapears when you check the voice enabled box.
I can't find the doc where this is said. The sysguide only says its possible to change the language, but no restriction is mentioned.
Thanks

HI Segrana,
Unity Connection’s voice enabled directory handlers will only play in US English regardless of the system language on CUC.
This is by design.
I think this warrants a feature request. (can be created by going through your account team)

Thanks Kurt, I was able to find the restriction in documentation. Strangely it is in the hardware reference guide.
