Unity Connection 7 Mailboxes

When ever a user pushes * (star) during thier mailbox greeting (to exit out of Unity menu) the phone does not exit it just plays the opening greeting everytime.

Hi Dylan,

Under the User or User Template check the setting for "Phone menu" - When exiting the Conversation - Call Action - **Hang Up**

It sounds like your setting would be "Phone menu" - When exiting the Conversation - Call Handler - Opening Greeting.
