Unity Connection 9.x integration with microsoft exchange 2016

Hello,

Can someone please tell me if Unity Connection 9.x is compatible with Exchange 2016 for Unified messaging. Since our customer upgraded their MS Exchange server from 2010 to 2016, users are no longer receiving voice via their email.

Yes, it is compatible with Exchange 2016 Cumulative Update 3 and earlier. What update is on the Exchange server?

If I recall correctly, that's only true on the latest 9.1(2) SU's, the base 9.x releases only supported up to 2013

EDIT: Yeah, 9.1(2)SU5 and later required for Exchange 2016 support
