We recently upgraded from Unity 5.0 to Unity Connection 8.6
That upgrade process has stopped our voicemessages from being Journaled in Exchange 2010 so that we may use the Journaling feature to archive the voicemail to the GFI MailArchiver system.
I read one other post that suggested changing the "Message Action" to "Accept and Relay" but that hasn't resolved the issue, but I don't know if services have to be restarted or not after that change.
So, does anyone have this working and if so I greatly appreciate the help!
