I have an unusual request from a customer. Currently I have a unity connection mailbox with no recording. Its set to "nothing" when just plays a beep. This is working as expected. The customer is quite concerned as callers from the PSTN call into an UCCX script and the script extends the call to the voicemail box; however they think the "beep" is quite low and faint.
I know its quite strange, however can you adjust this? I know you can modify the playback to low,med,high I have yet to find a param or anything to adjust the volume of the beep. A coworkers seems to think that beep is stored in CUCM somewhere to modify.
Any ideas?
