Im new to unity connection, We are having voice mail pilot number 5000, we can reach voice mail pilot number by dialing the full digit DID number from remote. The issue is when we dial the DID number XXX.XXX.5000 from remote the unity connection prompting to enter the user id and pin number to access the voice mail in business hrs but when we dial the same DID number the server is playing the system greetings "welcome to cisco unity connection messaging system". There is no time of day routing in the CUCM for the voice mail pilot number and there is no call hander configured in unity connection for the ext 5000. Got confused please help me on this.
