Hello,
I need to try to pull a deleted voice mail in unity connection. I can log into the unitypca tool, but it's missing the link to get into the inbox. Any thoughts?

Hi Jamie,
I have 2 entries in class of service; one named "System" and the other named "Voice Mail User COS". In the second entry, the "Allow Users to Use the Messaging Inbox and RSS Feeds" is not checked. I assume that needs to be checked. If so, do I need to reboot the server afterwords?

I doubt it, however just wondering why not try restoring the deleted voicemail using the Voice interface ?
