Unity Connection Transfer Options not working

Transfer options on the users are set to send to the extension.

calls are first sent to a UCCX AA and then transfered to the unity Directory Handler. However, when finding the name to dial it always transfers to the greeting instead of to the extension.

Please rate if this helps.

Hi!

Have you checked you are using the "attempt transfer for" instead of the default "send to greeting for" ?
