We are planning to upgrade our Call Manager to version 8.6 from the current version which is 8.5.1. Will this require that we upgrade our Unity Connection as well?
Please let me know if you do.

Not really necessary if you have unity connection version 7.x or Later in place.

Hi Vicky,
although it's not necessary, as already said by Venkatesh, it's recommended that you do so.
Remember that CUCM and CUC upgrade media are the same and also that you can find the latest 8.6 version in the following link: 8.6(2A)SU5.
