You can use a relay configuration to send voice messages to an external email address such as Yahoo mail. High-level, the way this works is as follows:
1. Caller leaves messages for Unity Connection subscriber
2. Unity Connection relays that message (or a copy of it) to an SMTP smart host (i.e., an SMTP relay server). In your environment, this may be Exchange or it could be another host. The SMTP smart host needs to accept messages from Unity Connection and then be able to relay them to the destination.
3. Smart host relays the message off to the external address.
