Strange problem here. I have unity express set up which is working fine for about 70 people. One user has suddenly developed a strange problem. All internal call forwards that reach the phone with voicemail get passed to voicemail - which is good. the problem comes when any PSTN call come in - direct calls and calls that have been forwarded to the phone with voicemail doesn't get picked up with voicemail?
Anyone?
