My mailbox and another test mailbox I have do send email notifications at 9:00pm for example. Others that have the same settings in Notification Device Details will not, and the email will be sent at 8:00am. Looking at the details they are both identical as shown below, as well as the Active Schedule which is named 'Always - No Holidays' which is a 24/7 schedule. The recorded message will be received in the mailbox at 9pm, but the email for the message won't be sent until 8am. Looking and comparing, we don't see any differences between a mailbox that always sends notifications or one that does not until 8am. Below is the notification schedule for both. I wonder where/what is restricting notifications from sending until 8am? During typical work hours, 4:00pm for example, the notifications are received immediately after the message was recorded in the mailboxes that don't receive them overnight.

What happens when the message is left at 6:55 and 7:05 PM? Is the setting mentioned below the same for the working one?

At 6:55 and 7:05 PM the email would not be sent until 8:00am. Yes, the settings look identical. A colleague opened a TAC case and left an after hours test message this weekend. I believe he had to change something in CLI. We have yet to hear back whether the notification was sent soon after the message.
I will send an update accordingly.
