Is there any way for an end user to add members to a public dist? either through a web interface or their phone...

You can use Class of Services (COS) to set different parameters for different users. you can have different users use the web page to handle different administrative tasks.

Once you assign your users to a COS go to the SA page.

http://x.x.x.x/web/sa

and log in with their credentials. If you dont know their passwords, you will have to go to exchange and reset it.

Below document is for 4.x but 5 and UC have similar functions.

This would work fine accept that we want to restrict her access to a specific Public Dist list, not all of them. If there is a way to do that... that would be great. If not thanks much for your help.
