This worked well, I just made one minor change. I set my recording to "nothing" and replayed prompt twice with 2 seconds between reprompts. Got me on the right track!

Where are you seeing these error logs at? I am also just upgrade to 8.6(2) and using the TSP version and i am having an issue with my CTI Route point registering. My CTI ports are registered however.
