Unity Subscriber Exchange Alias

How can you change the exchange alias for a mailbox, instead of deleting the mailbox and programming?

In AD you may got to "Exchange General" tab under user properties and then change the Alias. You need to restart Unity service for changes to take effect. Changing the Alias will not change AD+smtp username, you have to change them separately. Let me know this works.
