Unity system distribution list - dispatch message - not updating with other members

Good Day,

Recently I am having issues with one of my distribution list using the dispatch message feature - 2 out of 5 members of the distribution list's voicemail is not updating when the message is received or updated by one of the members. Please let me know any troubleshooting tips you can offer.

Re-creating Routing rules and voicemail profiles - resolved the issue
