unity voice mail ports

In CCM 3.x there used to be this service parameter. But I don't see this anymore in CCM 4.x My question is if I have unity has about 32 ports. Do I need to change any serice parameter to make all of them working? Thanks

Voice Mail Maximum Hop Count : For this parameter to take effect, be ensure that AdvancedCallForwardHopFlag is set to True. This allows the Cisco CallManager to select the next available voice-mail port by skipping the busy or unregistered voice-mail ports. Note: Set VoiceMailMaximumHopCount to number of VM ports.

This is a required field.

Default: 12.

Minimum: 1.

Maximum: 500.

hi,

normaly in cm 4.x or 5.x the distribution of the call to Voicemail is based on the hunt/line groups. The forwarding logic is in the hunt/line group.

I think "VoiceMailMaximumHopCount" is obsolete for 4.X and 5.X.
