Although the time is set correctly whether on the CME or the CUE , that the Time show on the phones is the Universal time instead of the local time ..
is there a command to specify what time to be shown on the phone screen , the local or the universal ... because I WANT the local time to show up on the phones ...
thanks ...

Hi Basm,
I think you can try doing create cnf to update the configuration files of
phones and reset those phones to get the new configuration from CME. please
let me know if it worked ,
P.S. make sure you have applied the correct phone type by giving "type 7911"
or "type 7945" under each ephone

under telephone-service
try time-zone ?
it'll list all the time-zones that can be configured and corresponding decimal code.

Unfortunately .. I did it .. actually when I run the command Show clock on the Router or the CUE I get the local Time and it's correct ...
the problem is The time that shows up on the phone is the universal time not the local time ...
though the universal time is also correctly adjusted ,, but I Don't want it to show up on the phone .. I want the Local Time to show up on the phone ...
thanks verybody

Hi Basm,
Could you provide your IOS version(to check corresponding CME that you have) it could be an issue with phone firmware that you have.... otherwise the configuration on the router and cme looks fine...to me

thanks for your concern and I do appreciate that ...
actually I'm pretty sure it's well configured whether on the Router or the CUE ... the problem is why the universal time shows up not the local one on the phone ....
