We have a cisco 2901 which is connected into a SIP vendor and then converts to ISDN 30 which uplinks into a traditional PaBX system.
Internal calls work absolutly fine as well as external calls.
The issue comes when we happen to set a call forward on the Pabx, the party calling in recieives busy tone.
Looking at the trace it is because their is no diversion header but the telephone system is passing on the calling CLI which is not allowed on the trunk.
Speaking to the vendor involved they state we need to change the FROM field in the header.
I cannot see a resolve with the config, however I was wondering if any one could advice what I have done wrong.
