I have an issue with a UC520. Basically this is the scenario: a voice hunt group is configured on the uc500 which includes a mobile number. A call comes in via ISDN BRI to the UC500 which is diverted to this hunt group but the caller id is unknown or hidden. The uc500 passes this call to the mobile number in the hunt group but the mobile user sees the call as unknown. He should see the uc500 bri number since the call orginated from it (all outgoing calls are masked with the header number of the BRI)
I want the call that is forwarded to the end user to display the uc500 bri number and not keep displaying unknown. I tried to apply a translation rule to the calling number and successfully replaced the calling number as shown below. The initial calling party is unknown, and then i change this to 22XX0233. However the end party (in this case XXX03990) still gets unknown caller.
Do you have any insight on this.
