Unknown Pin For Voicemail

Hi all,

I have a desk phone, model CP 6921 but am unable to access my voicemails as the pin was not left to me by the previous employee. Is there a way of resetting the pin? Or is there a default I could try?

You can only reset the PIN yourself, if:

A) There's PCA enabled in your deployment

B) You know the username and password associated to the user who has that DN assigned

If you don't have the above, get in touch with your local IT team so they can reset it for you.
