Hello ,
Can anyone explain is there anyways to block only anonymous/Private/Unknown calls to specific DN's in CUCM 7.5.3?

You might want to double check that version. There is no CUCM 7.5.3.
The main wait to do this blocking in CUCM started in 8.0- https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/71966/blocking-calls-based-calling-party-id
You can make the initial translation patterns specific to certain numbers.

Assuming you're running a real 7.X version, because as stated, there's no 7.5.3, no, you cannot do anything in CUCM, you can only do such thing with translation rules in your H323 GW, if you're not running H323, there's nothing you can do.

Thanks for your revert....
Sorry ,Yes you are right we are using CUCM 7.1.3.32900-4 and we are not using H.323 gateway.
In that case ,I will look for system to be upgraded to 8.0 or later version to make it work as stated by brianmeade
Thanks,
Ram
