unlock cisco sip phone cp 3911

Hi guys

I try to configure cisco sip phone 3911 with uc520 but i cannot unlock the sip phone with the default password cisco.

how can i proceed to configure sip configuration for this sip phone

Hi,

If cisco does not work for you, try the following methods:

1. Try password "Cisco" (with capital C).
 
OR

2. If this password still doesn't resolve the problem, and if you still can't access
configuration menu, please try to edit phone's cnf file by adding the following things in
it:    
    <commonProfile>
    <phonePassword>cisco</phonePassword>
    </commonProfile>
