update background image on cisco phones

My company recently changed the company logo.  Now, I'm trying to update the background image on all Cisco phones.  I was able to update 7945 model.  However, I'm not able to do the same thing for 8841.  On the phone logs, it keeps saying "file not found".  I uploaded the file on the directory it is looking for.  Any suggestion?

What directory did you use? Sometimes the documentation is wrong. Also, you can push the background to the 8841, unlike the 7945, by using the Common Phone Profile setting in CUCM.
