Guys,
Before Upgrading (CUCM,CUC,CUPS version 8.6 to 10.5) . what are the things i need to considerd?
In case of up gradation failures ....is it possible to retireve the old config?

You can back up all your files and configuration before upgrading your software version. Do you have a Smartnet contract with that? for more information please feel free to send me an email at fguasque@cisco.com
