Upgrade cisco phone for 3rd Party Call Control (revisited)

Dear people of Cisco Support, I call this discussion "Upgrade cisco phone for 3rd Party Call Control (revisited)" because of the same issue already mentioned in a previous one from last year with the same title without the "(revisited)". I have a phone CP-7821-K9 with preloaded firmware sip78xx.11-0-1-11 and want this to connect to a third party call control (3PCC). It was explained to me, that at least with this firmware it is not possible to let it work with a 3PCC. My question is the following: Q1. Is it possible to make the CP-7821-K9 work with 3PCC after upgrading the firmware to, say for example, cp-78xx.11-0-1MPP-477? [In the mentioned previous discussion from last year the Cisco Member said that a downgrade from 'enterprise' to '3PCC' is not possible...] I thank you already for your answer(s). Best regards.

Following an update of my Cisco CP-8861 3PCC to a firmware version 11.0.1 MPP, I have the screen with a white background.

I want to go back to a previous firmware previous to version 11.0.0, I'm looking for the firmware sip88xx.10-3-1-9-3PCC for CP-88XX 3PCC containing the following files:

fbi88xx.10-3-1-9-3PCC.sbn
kern88xx.10-3-1-9-3PCC.sbn
rootfs88xx.10-3-1-9-3PCC.sbn

I'm calling for your help can anyone among you have the sip88xx.10-3-1-9-3PCC firmware I need?
