Upgrade Readiness

I'm in the first stages of planning an upgrade from 11.5 to 12.5. I'm reading about the upgrade readiness tool, but I apparently need explicit instructions on where to put the cop file and how to run it and can't find anything that helps.

Second, searching this community using the site's tools is rough. (And I'm regularly unsure which category is best for my questions, lol)

What cop file are you talking about?

Short answer to your question is, you install it as any other cop file you install in CUCM.

Sorry, I'm following instrux like this in the 12.5 upgrade and migration guide. I'll upload the file to CUCM and see how it goes. :-)

Ahhhhh, that worked. I had no idea that uploading a file could do that. NTP should be easy to fix.

1.1 PASS Test dataBase Sanity
1.2 PASS Deprecated Phone Models
1.3 PASS Network Adapter Type
1.4 FAIL Network status (NTP, DNS & Cluster node connectivity)
ntp_stratum : Failed
The reference NTP server is a stratum 6 clock.
