Upgrading 4.2 to 8.0 on C200M2

What is the recommended way to do this? There is no DMA upgrade to 8.0 from 4.2. So what I am thinking is install 7.1.5 on VM (C200M2)  and then import the 4.2 DMA data into 7.1.5, then upgrade the 7.1.5 to 8.0. Does this seem like the correct way to do this?

We only support 8.0(2) and later on VMWare.

You need to install up to the 8.0(2) version on MCS and then do a DRS backup and restore on C200.

Also there is no upgrade path from 7.1(5) to 8.0(x), if you go to 7.1(5) you need to upgrade to 8.5(1).

Thanks for the reply. The current MCS servers will not support 8.0 so it looks like I will need to install 8.0 on the VM and basically rebuild the configuration from the ground up.
