upgrading a Cisco 7931G IP Phone without being on a UCC

I have a Cisco 7931G Ip Phone that I am going to be using as a SIP, only problem is that it had been reset to factory defaults without being on a Network where the Firmware can be downloaded back on to the Phone. Right now power the phone up I get the Upgrading Screen where it shows the MAC Address, and then it goes to the screen where it shows the IP Address and then goes to the Cisco Slash screen where it sits then reboot and starts the same process all over again.

Anyhelp will be awesome, as I need to get this phone up and running.

it would be stuck with same reset...

try to connect with cucm and try again..

if not then you have to repalce the phone...
