Upgrading a single CER 7.1.3 to 8.6.2a

Also can anybody point me in the compatability matrix for 8.6.2a that says that I can run my call managers on 8.6.2a and the cucn server on 7.0.2 ?  The same holds true for the Cisco Emergency responder?
