Dear Sir,
I recently installed Call manager V.5.1.2000 and I am trying to upgrade it to 6.1.(2b).
The call manager upgrade comes in two files you must merge them in reference to the document in the below link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/rel_notes/6_1_1/cucm-rel_note-611b.html#wp321829
the file that is resulting from the migration is "UCSInstall_UCOS_6.1.1.3000-2.sgn.iso"
when trying to burn it on dvd it gives an error because its size is more than 2GB
when trying to make the upgrade through SFTP it gives an error which says that the directory located but no file is match. matched file must have .sgn file extension
when trying to burn it using PowerISO it extract it "remove iso and sgn"
So Please advice what should we do regarding this issue.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best Regards,
Abbas

UCM 5.x to 6.x upgrades aren't posted to CCO. These files are available when you process a upgrade order on Cisco's website using the Product Upgrade Tool (PUT). When you process the order you will receive a DVD with the file on it as well as the upgrade license file to enable the UCM 6.x feature license.
Thank you,
Jon
