I have a 7941 SCCP phone that I am trying to upgrade to SIP. When the phone attempts to download the SIP firmware, the phone displays an "Auth Fail" code. Can anyone help me understand how this occurs or what the issue can be?

In the upper right corner of the phone, does it currently have a SIP logo? Or is the phone still on SCCP software?
