Upgrading IP Phone 7971

Hello guys,

pls help me with this problem cause till now i didn't find any solution.... here we go 

i have 3 IP PHONE 7971 all of them SCCP i want to change to SIP i made the tftp dhcp server ip pool 192.168.1.33  router  192.168.1.1 alredey tried option 150 & 66 i put in the network 192.168.1.1 and point the option 66 with 192.168.1.33 when start the tftp i got this logs

the XMLDefault.cnf.xml config as fallow :

the boot screen still showing upgrading and nothing happend ......

also 2 of them when i started the sequence number went to dark screen looks like off
