Upload Ringtones to Specific phones Only

Back in the 7.X days I used to use Cisco Phone Designer to upload ringtones to specific phones. We have now upgraded to CUCM 10.5. I need to upload a ringtone to 12 phones, more specifically to Extension Mobility Profiles, but I dot want anybody else to be able to see or use those ringtones outside of those 12 phones. How can I achieve this?

You cannot do that, without phone designer, you need to upload the ringtones to the TFTP using the old procedure, change the .xml, etc.

ANY phone who is pointing to that TFTP, will look at the same files, and can use the ringtones.

There is no practical way to do this.
