urgent !!!! translation pattern

hi all,

i want to pass the call to local DN and International number so i have created translation pattern like below

internal 2000 PT-line partition

TP :      2000 PT-line kept called party as 1XXXXX

i thought call will pass to internal and international simultenously but call is going to TP with touching internal numbers ...

Please guide me how send a call both internal and international simultenously...

to fork the call in the manner described you may want to look at the Mobile Connect (aka single number reach) feature.

Just FYI, that behavior is expected. CUCM uses best match routing and only upon equally good matches the partition order in the CSS is used. From what you're saying the partition from TP is above the one from the DN in the CSS.
