Use browser to view 7941 display

i know there is a url that you can use to view a deskphone display. i know about browsing a phone and seeing all the configurations but i want to view the deskphone display.

URL....IP address/somthing

Anyone know that one?

Hello my friend,

So you can do it this way:

- make the ipphone controlled by a user in the user page;

- make that user member of the group Standard CCM Phone Administration;

Go to:

http:///CGI/Screenshot     (case sensitive)

Then you will be asked to enter username and password. Use the user/password combination you configured on first steps.

Image will appear on browser

Check authentication url parameter on CUCM (DNS dependency).

Thank you. Looks like i have a deeper problem. We use clicktodial and i think

the authinticaion server is not up to par at this time.
