Users are asking to be able to make changes to their own phone via a URL and I thought I set it up properly, but I am having trouble. I have typed in https://<ip.add>/<username> and receive "webpage not available" error. I have made sure to add the "test" user to the user group config under user manaagement, verified the permissions info within the end user config by adding the user to specified group and verified the role configuration.
Can someone please tell me what I'm missing? Do I need to configure something somewhere else to allow users this access?
Thanks!

OK, are you adding or changing the URL I just mentioned and adding your username???
If you are, don't, type it just as I mentioned.

You need to start by mentioning what product and version you're asking about, you ALWAYS need to provide that info when asking.
If you're asking about CUCM, not sure who told you that's the ccmuser page url
https://
Just make sure user is part of the ccmuser page group.
