Users who use the Corporate Directory to search for other users, cannot dial any users after a search. Extension numbers associated to the searched user do not show up as well. I use call manager 9.1 running on a BE6K server. Is there something I need to configure?

Does all the users have the telephone number configured?? Either manually or via LDAP sync??
