User goes DND mode automatically frequently

Hi Team. I have an user and the account goes DND mode on automatically. I need to turn off and after few hours turned on by itself. Please let me know what are the basic steps to identify root cause. Thanks, Ram

you can pull the audit logs and cucm trace from the rtmt from the time of the issue and see what is happening
