For no apparent reassons, A user of ours is having some weird issues and I can't figure out what is going on. The phone just decides to start dialing an outgoing call by itself.
She only has one device associated to her but has multiple extensions on her phone. It's a 7960 and the backend is cisco callmanager 3.3
Any leads are appreciated.

You would need to explain the exact behavior, is he onhook? offhook? does he see the numbers being dialed? maybe a plar? any CTI apps you have? maybe someone else is using that phone via CTI?

the phone is actually dialing a number 11658669# then it goes to one of our available CTI ports which in turn dials the long-distance number.
Not sure where the first number comes from. She is the only one associated to her extension and Device and the phone is on on-hook.

You would need to look at a CUCM trace to find out if it's really the phone dialing by itself or not.

I found out it was a broken connection with are SQL db and CCM that wasn't getting updated.
Thanks for helping.
