Does anyone know if there is a way to tell of a user turned off the video on their phone without actually going to the phone and checking the preferences? Neither the device page in CUCM nor the phone web-page show when a user turns off the video. Thanks.

Thanks for the response, but what I need to know is: Is there a way for an administrator to tell IF an end user has turned off the video on their phone? I support a CUCM system and had a complaint that there was no video to a particular phone and it turns out that the video was turned off on the phone. I'd like to know if there is a way for an administrator to determine this without actually having to go to the phone and look at the prefereces. Thanks.
