...and we don't have any indication that they're unreachable until calls from the elevator indicate that they're not reachable. These vgXXX ports are registered to ucm and all indications are that things should work. Until they don't.
Anyone want to help me solve this?
The problem is that resetting the gateway fixes the problem, whatever it is. And with the life-safety nature of elevator phones, I don't have a LOT of opportunity to troubleshoot. That said, I'm open to ideas.
