we have installed VG224 MGCP controlled with analog Phones attached. Does anybody know how i can make a call forward all/cancel?

This is observed on a VG224 MGCP FXS gateway running IOS 12.4(2.2)
Workaround:
A reload temporarily resolves the problem however after some time it will reappear
