VG224 ports status rejected

I created a POTS line in the VG224 and after I added the DN it outputs a rejected status. Any idea, I heard suggestion to do no mgcp then mgcp on the CLI but not sure if that would cause other outages and fix the issue.Thanks.

Try the following:

voice-port
shut
no shut

no mgcp
mgcp

Reset the gateway from the CUCM.
Delete ccm-manager config server x.x.x.x command line.
Configured the MGCP gateway again.
