VG224 voice-port "not registered"

Hi,

I have a VG224 integrated to CCM with SCCP. I noticed that a voice-port is not registered, but all the others are registered.

I tried reseting the analog phone from CCM, shut/no shut under dial-peer pots, erasing the dial-peer at all, but registration is unsuccessful. I did a debug sccp events, debug sccp messages to see if there is an output when performing a shut/no shut of the dial-peer but I don't see any output.

Can I assume that the voice-port is completely damaged?

this is unrelated I got this error (AND0FD4A4961407)rcvd RegisterRejectMessage rcvd RegisterRejectMessage) because port 2/7 is not added on the call manager

I have other ports added on the call manager like AND0FD4A4961402 which 2/2 but when I shut and no shut this port , I can see its status unregistered on the call manager but at the same time in the debug i could not see any signalling or events are generated by this ports

looks like the port is not responding or something
