We wanted to view the call history through the GUI of CME (7.1).
For this, the dial-control-mib was configured to the max retention time and mx records as follows:-
dial-control-mib retain-timer 35791
dial-control-mib max-size 1200
However, when checking from the GUI, we are able to view only about 480 odd records at max, while the expected number of records is in the vicinity of1200. Is there anything that can explain this?
Also, what is the functional difference between dial-control-mib and call-history-mib?

The GUI page displays only the call legs with IP Phones. Not all the cdr
records.
You better use the CLI command on CME:
show call history voice compact

Thanks.
All the phones in the set up are IP phones. So when saying call legs with IP phones, are the VOIP calls (with type VOIP in call history compact) being referred to?
call history voice compact shows around 1184 records (194 with type VOIP, 924 that have a codec value)
So, if I understand correctly, the CLI would show me all records upto 1200 in number. While the GUI would display only those call legs (out of 1200) with IP phones (not clear) ?
CME also allows us to configure call-history-mib retention-time/ max-size. What is the significance of this mib, and how is it different from dial-control-mib?
