is there a free call manager download virtual machine website that i can download and use for lab environment?

No Matt, its only available in Cisco.com website and you have to have an Cisco ID to login.

That's not quite right, we do not post bootable media on cisco.com, you need to have a purchase order, and use PUT to get it.

The only other alternative, is that if you're with a partner, they can buy the NFR kit.
