I have a call manager cluster & unity connection with version 8.6.2
Problem Description:
when users received voice mail on Cuci lync client ,Visual voice mail button appeared but not accessible from the history calls, Also there was a star appear on the cuci lync voice mail message button and when the agent try to press the voice mail button to view his voice mail ,the voice mail call the pilot number “899”and user must enter his pin to listen to his voice mails
I know that visual voice mail appear when user receive voice mail and no needs to dial VM pilot to access his voice mail through VM pilot
