Hello,
Users are getting unknown caller id in call center. The voice gateway after running a show isdn active command is showing in and out as call type instead of only showing in for call type. Please Help.
Thanks,

Hi Horacia,
If you check the incoming call first , what is the exact call flow from PSTN to the call center agent? Please specify the gateway protocol type and other details. When you run a debug on gateway for an incoming call do you see the caller id there? If yes, then the issue needs to be fixed on CUCM side else it is likely the Telco not sending caller id. You can update the post with running config from gateway and a debug for an incoming call for further assistance along with call flow details.

We have a cvp ucce environment where the call hits the voice gateway which sends to cvp call server that is routed to the agent via icm rogger server. Below is output that shows the same caller id for out call type and in. Can someone helps us figure this out thanks..
